After a protracted dating process, Sier Capital was able to help transition the ILS Founder and CEO to retirement and still know his business was in good hands. Sier agreed to invest in ILS ahead of the pandemic, and kept to that through the uncertainty, closing in May 2020. Sier was able to support existing management, giving them a chance to earn equity in a business they had helped build and would continue to grow.
