LL Klink was a founder owned business in northeast Ohio, offering the best product of its kind. The owners became the quintessential greenhouse experts, and recruited the best possible team around them for horticultural and specialty building. With this team in place, the owners had created a business capable of top notch performance in every stage of the greenhouse. They helped clients from design to build to maintenance to consulting on their horticultural process. Though when Sier approached them in 2020, the owners had three individual companies (LL Klink, CGS, MGS) all with slightly different purposes and ownership. Sier’s pitch was to bring these businesses together under one roof and align the team with one cap table. We helped the company to do just that and to implement new ERP and operational systems. We also greenlighted new hires across all aspects of the business, and executed on add-on M&A, something the business needed to handle all the new orders coming through.
