Sier Capital began discussions with Nurses 24/7 management back in 2022. The founders were growing rapidly, even faster than the industry as a whole. They wanted to take some chips off the table, but they also wanted a team who would help support them in operations, as well as future M&A when the time came. Sier spend a long time working with the team to figure out a rare structure, and one where management could continue to benefit from significant upside, with some creative concepts to ensure alignment between buyer and seller.
