Sier Capital originally invested in Sage Integration back in 2018 as a minority investor. Sier, along with Talisman Capital (a large Columbus, Ohio based family office), helped the founders transition to new roles, while continuing in the business. Sier recruited a new CEO, and supported add-on M&A along with Talisman. In 2023, Sier acquired the majority control from Talisman in a recapitalization of the business. We love this company, we invested in it twice!
